Not getting all your coupons scanned at Walmart

Like I mentioned earlier I went shopping at Walmart  of course I had alot of coupons. I made sure to check my receipt to make sure that all of my coupons got scanned and they did not my cashier missed $9.00 worth!!! I thought my bill was tad on the high side. I went up to customer service and they refunded it for me. My husband Aaron that works there is a manager and I asked him what to do and he said, Jenn you need to get your money.
